The domain name "Centrexcel.com" is owned and operated by Centrexcel Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at SURVEY.NO-207, WD.NO-2 UGALE LAYOUT, Mohgaon, Hingna, Nagpur-441110, Maharashtra, India. The term "Company" or "Centrexcel" shall be construed to include its representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents, successors, and assigns unless repugnant to the context.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use ("Terms"), unless the context requires otherwise: i) The terms "You" and "User" refer to any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this website, who is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. ii) The terms "Company," "We," "Us," "Centrexcel," or "Our" refer to the Website and/or the Company, as applicable.
