The Company hereby disclaims all liability and affirms that it will not, under any circumstances, entertain any request for the return of any item or service procured through www.centrexcel.com.
CENTREXCEL permits a one-time course change under the following conditions:
- To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation must be accompanied by a genuine Written notice of the course change request must be submitted to CENTREXCEL at least one week prior to the commencement of the originally scheduled course.
- The requested alternative course must have available seats and must conclude within one month of the original course’s scheduled end date.
- If the alternative course is of higher value, the student shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost. In the event of switching to a course of lesser value, CENTREXCEL is not obligated to refund the difference.
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid within three days following CENTREXCEL's approval of the course change request. Failure to pay this fee will result in the cancellation of the course change request, and no further requests will be entertained.
- Course changes are permitted only once during the duration of the program.
- The student must contact CENTREXCEL at contactus@Centrexcel.com to request a course change.
- Upon approval, the student must complete and submit the “Course Change Form” within three business days.
- The student must pay the applicable processing fees and any difference in course costs (if applicable) and submit the payment receipt to contactus@Centrexcel.com.
- A confirmation of the course change will be provided within 5-7 business days.
**Rescheduling by CENTREXCEL Pvt Ltd:**
- If a course does not commence within 30 business days of the published start date, the student is entitled to a full refund or may opt to join an alternative batch or course.
- While CENTREXCEL will make every effort to conduct the course as scheduled, in the event of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, CENTREXCEL’s liability is limited to the cost of the course. CENTREXCEL shall not be responsible for any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by the student.
**Rescheduling by the Customer:**
- The student must submit a rescheduling request at least 10 business days prior to the original course commencement date.
- The rescheduled course date must be within 90 days of the original course commencement date.
- The reschedule request does not permit a change of course.
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability of seats.
- A non-refundable rescheduling fee of Rs. 500/- must be paid within five business days following the approval of the reschedule request.
**Process for Rescheduling a Course:**
- The student must contact CENTREXCEL at contactus@Centrexcel.com to request a reschedule.
- Upon approval, the student must complete and submit the “Reschedule Course Form” within three business days.
- The student must pay the applicable processing fees and any difference in course costs (if applicable) and submit the payment receipt to contactus@Centrexcel.com.
- A confirmation of the rescheduled course will be provided within 5-7 business days.
- If the rescheduled course is of a higher value, the student must pay the difference. In the event of switching to a course of lesser value, CENTREXCEL is not obligated to refund the difference. Failure to pay the processing fee within the specified time frame will result in the cancellation of the reschedule request, and no further requests will be entertained.
CENTREXCEL reserves the right to cancel any session or change the session location due to circumstances such as instructor unavailability, insufficient participant enrollment, or force majeure events, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, floods, riots, curfews, bandhs, protests, strikes, or civil unrest.
Refund requests may be submitted via the Company’s website. A representative will contact the User at the registered phone number provided. Refund requests will be entertained and processed only if the Company fails to provide the course within 30 days of the course start date. Refunds will be subject to statutory deductions and will be issued solely at the Company’s discretion.
**Refund Process:**
- If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. The processing time may vary depending on the card issuer.
- If the payment was made via bank account, the refund will be processed to the same bank account within 8 - 10 days.
- If the payment was made via other sources (e.g., Instamojo, PhonePe, Google Pay), the refund will be processed to the same source.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
